Shipping costs

We offer free shipping for all our customers in Australia. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.

Processing time

Orders placed before 17:00 are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days. On working days we aim to process orders within one day, but orders placed on Friday evening or at the weekend may take a little longer.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time for Australia is 7–9 working days after dispatch. Please note that this is an indication and delivery times may vary depending on your location or any delays at customs.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. This allows you to easily follow your parcel and see when it will be delivered.

Returns

Not satisfied with your order? You can contact us within 30 days of receipt via info@amelierose-sydney.com for instructions on how to return your order. Please note that return costs are at your own expense.
