Amélie & Rose Return Policy
Returns
- You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
- Please contact our Customer Care team at info@amelierose-sydney.com within this period to register your return.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- For faulty/incorrect items, we will reimburse the return postage once verified.
All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). We aim to process refunds within 14 working days.
- It is not permitted to request or receive a refund before your order has been delivered and received/inspected by us.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method used for purchase.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories.
- Products must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Please pack securely to prevent damage in transit.
Responsibility
- Amélie & Rose is not responsible for delays or damage that occur during the return shipment.
- Please check your parcel within 24 hours of delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
Replacements (Important)
- If a replacement item has been provided and accepted, the original order is considered fully resolved.
- In such cases, no further refund will be issued for either the original or the replacement item, unless the replacement itself is faulty or incorrect.
- This approach is consistent with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL): once a replacement remedy has been accepted, the right to a refund for the same issue generally no longer applies.
- Any shipping contributions paid for dispatching a replacement are non-refundable once the replacement has shipped.
